I just wanted to take a minute to THANK YOU for your great service and selection.  I thought I was faced with the impossible task of Silver open-toed shoes for a wedding when I wear a 7 E or EE.  I ordered FIVE pairs from various catalogs and online establishments and was thoroughly disappointed; nothing was true to size and I could not find a "wide toe box" or "square toe" that would help give me a little extra room.  I thought I was resigned to wearing some silver flip-flop/thongs.  Then I found you!  You had silver fabric shoes in a EE and they fit well and are very attractive.  I called and talked to a very nice lady who confirmed that I had selected a good choice.  The shoes were shipped promptly!  (I will also say that I am glad for your strict return policy, as one place I had ordered from sent me shoes that had obviously been worn and had a gouge in the heel!)

I received my shoes yesterday and i just wanted to say thank you. You did a wonderful job with matching the color to my dress I was in a panic because i had originally purchased shoes on line from "Bridal People" and i figured it would be easy to have them dyed locally. To my surprise, there is not a company that will dye shoes here in town unless the shoes were purchased at that specific company. I wasn't able to buy shoes from a local company because i couldn't find shoes that were dye able and that came in an extra wide, until i found your company on line. Thank goodness for your company! Thank you.  You made my day!!  I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent ordering system.  I placed an order on-line on Tuesday around 7:30 am and received a Confirmation e-mail saying my order had been shipped that same date around 4:30 pm.  My shoes were deliver to my house the next day at 5PM on Wed.  I can't tell you how impressed I am with your prompt service.

I had been to 11 different stores trying to find a shoe to fit my "wide" foot. I was told of your store and planned on visiting it.  I only went on-line to get directions to it....unaware of the shopping available. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from your store. 

The shoes are great and fit perfectly.  I will tell everyone about both your store and you on-line shopping system.

I spoke to you the other night regarding an order I placed two weeks ago. I'd like to tell you how you and your team exceeded my expectations.

I called very late, I think it was after 10pm. Ashley answered the phone. I told her I had placed an order for 2-Day shipment, it had been about 6 days and it hadn't arrived. First, I didn't expect to speak to a human at that hour. Second, once I did get a human on the phone, I expected her to say that I would have to call back during normal business hours. Ashley exceeded my expectations by simply looking up my order and trying to figure out how to help me.

Ashley looked up my order, found that it hadn't been shipped and understood that I had a deadline. Then you took my call and told me that you'd take care of everything, including the dyeing and get the shoes back to me by Wednesday of this week. Clearly, I did NOT expect that I would get the owner on the phone OR that we'd have time for me to send a swatch and then for you to dye the shoes.

To top it all off, I was told that the shoes would arrive on Wednesday and again, to exceed my expectations, they arrived yesterday! (Tuesday.)

So, two weeks ago when my order hadn't arrived, I thought "I shouldn't have trusted this company I never heard of..." But you and Ashley and probably with the help of others really turned that around. I am impressed with your customer service - - it's just so hard to find and it is really appreciated.

I just want to send a special thank you to Ron for his great advise on my wedding shoes. The ones that he recommended (the Valentina from the Dyables Platinum Collection) are SO perfect! They are really lovely. Beautiful, actually. The fit is absolutely perfect (and they are actually comfortable!!). My gown is a candlelight ivory and I thought I would need to have them dyed to match, but they reflect the color of my gown perfectly. I am SO excited to wear them at my wedding in 3 weeks-they make me feel just like a princess (and I am a middle aged woman! ) Being a bride is SO much fun!
