Prom 2012 Countdown Checklist!
3 Months Before Prom 2012
 Start
trying on prom dresses. You should have a color in mind. Decide
if you want a short or long prom dress for 2012. Be daring! Don’t
go for your typical prom dress, be different and shock the senior
class!
Start looking in magazines for 2012 prom hairstyles. If you're
planning on dying your hair, do it now. This way you have time to
adjust and this way if it doesn't come out as planned, you have
time to fix it!
Start looking at limos... the sooner, the better. Everyone is
going to call and order transportation. You want to make sure you
and your group of prom friends get that stretch hummer you always
wanted.
2 Months Before Prom 2012
 Once
you have your prom dress, start buying accessories. This is just
as much fun as shopping for prom dresses.
Start exercising, eating healthy and getting plenty of sleep!
No more 2 a.m. paper writing all-nighters! Not only will it show
on 2012 prom night, but also you’ll feel a lot better!
Book your hairstylist early. If everyone in your high school all
go to the same salon, you’re going to want a hair appointment
at a good time! Don’t be the last one to call! You’ll
end up with a 9am appointment and take the risk of ruining your
hair running around tightening loose ends right before the prom.
Prom
Shoes, Prom Shoes, Prom Shoes! Make sure you bring your prom
dress with you when you go shopping for 2012 prom shoes! Very important.
This way you’ll have a chance to see everything together.
Sometimes it may be tough to match factory

it done early enough to have everything you need!
Make sure your date got the 2012 prom tickets! Don’t loose
them either. Make sure when you get them you put them in a safe

1 Month Before Prom 2012
Make sure all your schoolwork is in order. That is more important
than anything right now. Pace  yourself!
Make sure you have time to get ready for your 2012 prom and still
hand in your last high school assignments!
Figure out where your 2012 prom pictures are going to be taken.
If you have a nice backyard have it at your place! Get some finger
food and make sure your parents are aware of your plans!
Start planning where you want to go after your 2012 prom. There
are going to be so many prom parties, make sure you have everything
planned and your parents know where you’ll be.
Make sure you and your 2012 prom date know what color corsage
and boutonniere to get. You might want to place your order too!
The flower shops are going to be very busy this time of year!
1 Week Before Prom 2012
Make sure you have your manicure and pedicure appointment. Plan
a day near prom when you and all your girl friends can go together.
Get your overnight bag together. Make sure you have all your essentials.
If you know where you’re sleeping that night, drop your stuff
off a few days earlier. This way everything is already there and
taken care of.
Get your eyebrows done! We all know waxing turns our eyebrows
red. Don’t take any chances!
The Night Before Prom 2012
 Get
your prom dress, prom shoes and accessories all laid out and good
to go. Take a bubble bath and relax! You’re going to look
amazing tomorrow!
Call your 2012 prom date and make sure everything is all set.
It’s always good to know everything is taken care of and you
have nothing to worry about.
Eat a good dinner and turn in early. Even though your restless
at this point, try to get some good sleep! Your body will love you
tomorrow.
2012 PROM DAY - Bling!!!
 Eat a good breakfast! You’ll be running around all day and
you’ll need something in your stomach!
Pick up your prom date’s boutonniere and put it in the fridge.
Make sure your cell phone is charged and ready for tonight.
Show up to your hair appointment on time! Call ahead and see
if she needs a coffee, she’s been working hard all day long!
After your hair is done, time for make up!
If you’re doing it yourself, give yourself a good amount
of time. Take your time and make it perfect. If someone is doing
it for you, allow them enough time to work their magic!
Get dressed; it’s almost time for your prom!!
Now that you’re all blinged out and dolled up, show off
those pearly whites for pictures and have a blast at your 2012 prom!!
