Angela Nuran Shoes

Were designed by Angela Nuran, who is a choreographer and ballroom dance instructor. She noticed that most brides take their shoes off during their receptions because they can become uncomfortable. She knew that dance shoes would be much more comfortable and brides would be able to wear them all day.  However, she all realized that standard dance shoes wouldn't meet a savvy bride's fashion sense.  So she designed her first shoe style, combining the best qualities of ballroom shoes with fashionable bridal shoes to fill this niche. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and they are also beautiful!

To make her shoes universally appealing, Angela designed them to be adjustable both at the ankle and at the toes, and gives a choice of heel height. On the Astoria in particular, there is a choice of clear or a blue crystals on the ornament, which gives these shoes versatility and can also provide a bride’s “something blue”. 

For all Angela Nuran styles, one fabric option is a dyeable white fabric so they can be custom dyed to either match a bridal gown or stand out with a pop of color. 

Padding

All Angela Nuran shoes are made with extra thick padding throughout, including the heel, arch and ball of foot.  This is what provides the unique comfort of these shoes which will last for hours.

Suede Sole

All Angela Nuran styles have a suede sole.  Not only is suede soft, it also flexes with the foot, allowing muscles to relax.  Suede also provides secure, non-slip traction.

Buckles

All hardware on Angela Nuran shoes are jewelry quality with Swarovski crystals. There are no prongs so you don’t have to worry about your shoes snagging your gown.  The buckles at the ankles are speed buckles, which means that you only have to set them to the right fit once, then they are fast and easy to put on. The toe straps are also adjustable to fit any width.
